Delivery & Returns

This page explains how returns and refunds work for products and how training day cancellations are handled. If you need help, contact us using the details below.

1 Our Refund Policy (timelines)

When you return a product, it can take up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned item(s) for your refund to be completed. This includes up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we will process the refund within 3 days, but it may still take an additional 5 days for your bank to transfer the funds.

2 Return window & reporting issues
  • Please return unused or faulty products within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
  • Items not received, missing, or faulty must be reported within 30 days of placing your order.
Tip: Keep your order number and proof of postage when returning items.
3 Are there any products that can’t be returned?

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges (unless faulty or not as described) for:

  • Products which have been personalised for you.
  • Anything where the packaging is missing or damaged, as we are re-sellers and can’t repackage items for resale.
4 Terms & conditions for returns and refunds
  • If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued to the original debit/credit card or online payment method used to purchase.
  • Unwanted items (unless faulty) must be returned in a re-saleable condition: original packaging, labels, and unused/undamaged.
  • Where a product has been specially ordered for you (unless faulty), we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • If only some items are returned, we will refund only the cost of those items.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
5 Cancelling a training day
  • If cancelled more than 4 calendar weeks prior to the course start date, no fee applies.
  • If cancelled 2–4 calendar weeks prior, 50% of the fee will be retained.
  • If cancelled less than 2 calendar weeks prior, 100% of the fee will be retained.

Course bookings may be cancelled by contacting us via email: info@clearclinics.co.uk (all cancellations must be made via email).

Postponements: In extreme and unforeseeable circumstances we may postpone a training date, potentially at short notice. Alternative dates will be offered, and a refund may not be available where alternatives are provided.
6 How to return an item

If you’re not happy with your purchase, please return the unused product within 30 days of receiving your order.
